Iyengar yoga is taught and practiced one asana (posture or pose) at a time
with attention to alignment and points of stability within the pose. Props are
used to make the practice accessible to all.  As we concentrate on these aspects
in the postures, mind, body and health as a whole  stabilize and rejuvenate
with practice, in course of time.
